Michael Anthony Properties has been an outstanding property manager for us since 1996. We live over 980 miles away and feel at ease knowing we have Mike and his staff looking after our property. Everything is taken care of from advertising, finding tenants, and taking care of the property. The property is approaching 18yrs old and Mike has taken care of everything from arranging the roof to be replaced, cutting down and removing full-grown trees, painting the exterior and pergola, and all necessary interior repairs and maintenance as well. We have had several tenants over the many years and the property has never been vacant longer than one month. Every month we get a detailed statement of income and expenses and are at peace of mind about the property and management services.
