My career began in Hospitality, an experience that profoundly shaped the way I approach business and client service today. Working in hospitality instilled in me the importance of clear communication, attention to detail, problem-solving under pressure, and, above all, creating a consistently positive client experience. That foundation continues to influence everything I do in property management and real estate.

In 2020, I transitioned into real estate and property management through our family-owned and operated company, Michael Anthony Properties. My father originally began his career in real estate in the 1980s and went on to establish Michael Anthony Properties in 2001, building it into a trusted brokerage and management company serving San Diego County.

Since joining the business, I have taken an active and growing role in both leasing and full-service property management, working directly with property owners to protect and maximize the value of their investments while ensuring tenants receive responsive and professional service. Over time, I have increasingly stepped into a leadership role within the company and am now continuing to carry the business forward, building on the strong foundation my father established while bringing in a more modern, service-driven and systems-focused approach to property management.

Being part of a family business has given me a deep sense of responsibility and long-term vision. We approach every property as if it were our own and every client relationship as a long-term partnership, not a short-term transaction. That philosophy continues to guide how I operate as I take on more responsibility in the day-to-day leadership and future direction of the company.

Over the past several years, I have grown significantly in both experience and confidence, and I am proud of the reputation we continue to build for professionalism, responsiveness, and results. It has been incredibly rewarding to see that level of service translate into strong client relationships and successful property performance.

As I continue to take on a larger role in leading Michael Anthony Properties, I am excited to further expand our presence in the industry while continuing to deliver the same level of care, expertise, and commitment our clients have come to expect — and raising that standard even further as we grow.
