A: Yes. We maintain ongoing communication with our property owners throughout the term of our management agreement to ensure you are always informed and up to date on the status of your property.
We will promptly notify you of any significant issues that arise, including maintenance concerns, repair recommendations, or tenant-related matters that require your awareness or input. For non-emergency repairs and decisions outside of pre-approved limits, we will contact you to discuss options before proceeding.
In addition, we will keep you informed of any tenant notices, including intent to vacate, so you have adequate time to plan for re-leasing and any necessary property preparation.
